Duties of Position:

• Consult with customers to understand their preferences, financial situation, and property requirements.

• Assist clients in marketing their properties according to professional standards.

• Guide clients through the purchasing process, including negotiating offers and closing deals.

• Utilize your sales, negotiation, and communication skills to achieve successful real estate transactions.

• Properly document incoming and outgoing customer paperwork.

• Hold open house showings and personal showings to interested buyers.

Experience

• No experience needed; we provide training.

• No realtor or broker license required.

Skills and Competencies:​

• both oral and written communication skills are required. 

• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.​

• Maintain discretion and caution when handling customer's personal information and documents.

• Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening.

• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.

• No felonies.

• Must provide a legal form of ID during interview.
